Apple tree I - Manzano I

 

This picture by Klimt is a good oportunity to practice pointillism. First of all we are going to draw the grass, the trunk and the branches, and then, using cotton buds, we are going to draw the leaves and the apples. Finally  we can also paint the flowers.

Este cuadro de Klimt es una buena oportunidad para practicar puntillismo. Primero vamos a dibujar el campo, el tronco y las ramas,  y después, usando bastoncillos para los oídos, vamos a dibujar las hojas y las manzanas.  Para acabar también podemos hacer las flores.

We are going to colour this Klimt's picture and make a jigsaw.

Collage

We have tried to create a collage using tissue paper. The kids had to stick cool colours underneath the paper and warm colours in the upper part and finally create a silhouette with black card to stick it.

Hemos intentado crear un collage usando papel de seda. Los niños y niñas tenían que pegar colores fríos en la parte de abajo del papel y colores cálidos en la parte de arriba y al final hacer una silueta y pegarla.

Draw, cut and glue lines - Pinta, corta y pega líneas

Let's try to do something like this with the different kinds of lines!!

First of all, use the water colours to make vertical lines of different colours in a paper.

Then let it dry.

After that you have to cut the paper horizontally making zig-zag lines, curved lines, straight lines...

Finally, glue the pieces over a black card.  

¡Hagamos algo como esto con los diferentes tipos de líneas!

Primero, haced líneas verticales de diferentes colores con las acuarelas en un papel.

Después dejadlo secar. 

Cuando seque tenéis que cortar el papel horizontalmente haciendo zig-zags, líneas curvas, rectas...

Para acabar, pega los trozos de paper en una cartulina negra.

Warm and cool hands

We have done this activity with cool and warm colours! The kids had to draw their hand and then colour with warm colour inside and  with cool colours outside.

¡Hemos hecho esta actividad con colores fríos y cálidos! Los niños y niñas tenían que dibujar su mano y colorear dentro con colores cálidos y fuera con colores fríos.
